RICS Condition Report Service

A straightforward overview of the property’s construction and condition, ideal for newer homes or properties in good condition. This survey highlights potential risks, areas that require attention or may be/become serious, recommends investigations where required, identifies problems that may be dangerous, but does not include detailed advice or a valuation.

RICS HomeBuyer Report Service

A more detailed analysis that includes all of the aspects covered in the Condition Report plus helps you to decide if you need extra advice prior to purchase. Including guidance on repairs, enables you to budget for restorations, ongoing maintenance, understanding of a reinstatement cost to help you avoid over or under-insurance, and, most importantly, provides a market valuation. This survey is perfect for older properties or those that may need maintenance.
