the Condition Report and the Home Buyer Report.
RICS Condition Report Service
What does the Condition Report service cover?
- Describes the construction and condition of the property
- Identifies any problems that require attention or are serious
- Identify things that needs to be investigated further to prevent serious damage
- Tells you about problems that may be dangerous
- Shows up any potential issues and defects before a transaction occurs
RICS Home Buyer Report Service
What does the Home Buyer Report service cover?
- All aspects covered by the Condition Report service and in addition:-
- Helps you to decide whether you need extra advice before committing to a purchase
- Enables you to budget for any repairs or restoration
- Advises you on the amount of ongoing maintenance required in the future
- Provides a reinstatement cost to help you avoid over or under-insurance
- Provides a market valuation
